It's alright. The animation could've been better, but I understand that this is probably the first one you've ever made. My advice would be to keep practicing, and you'll eventually get better. However, don't let it go to your head. You're not going to become the next Don Bluth overnight. It could take years to perfect your animation skills. Remember. Keep practicing, and you'll get there eventually.

You say she's excited, but her face doesn't show it. That's one thing that I think you should work on. Make it look like she's actually thrilled, like maybe make her smile or something. That's what I would do if I were you. Other than that though, it's an okay animation.

Gotta say, I love the art style you're going for. I honestly can't recall any other stop-motion film that used puppets made of paper. One thing that still needs work is the sound design and mixing. Some sound effects were too loud.
