It's just another name for the retro 1980s synthwave aesthetic. The name comes from the Out Run arcade game!

I like the animation here, but I can't find the level. Even if I enter the level ID, it always says "Course or Maker not found". Am I doing something wrong here?

Love the art style and subtle animation. Also, interesting that you picked Tekken to make a short animation loop of. It's cool, though personally, I'm more of a Virtua Fighter and Fighting Vipers guy.
